1. 본 발명의 필수적 특징들을 포함해야 한다.
Independent claim will highlight all the essential features of the invention.
2. 종래기술을 기술한 전제부 및 발명의 특징이 포함된 특징부로 나누어 기재되어야 한다.
Independent claims should be drafted in two-part form. The features known in prior art should be part of the preamble and the remaining part should be in the characterizing part of the instant application.
-> whrein 절에 characterized로 나누면 된다(?)
3. 청구항들에 기재된 약어가 명확히 정의되어야 한다.
4. 청구항에 기재된 주체들의 참조번호를 기입해야 한다.
